INSTALLATION BASICS
Base Preparation
- Grade project area to height of grid and sub-base (see details below)
- Lay sub-base if needed. A proper TRUEGRID installation requires consideration of sub-base needs.
- For Gravel or Grass applications, refer to our cross section drawings below, or visit our Technical Info page
Laying Grid
- Start in corner of project area with male tabs of first grid facing towards the center of the area
- Line up female slots of next grid over male tabs of first grid. Press down with feet to lock grid into place.
- Repeat until area is covered with connected grid.
- Gravel Fill: Fill grid with desired aggregate to top of grid. Lightly compact to settle.
- Grass Fill: Fill grid with soil and seed or sod.
