- Orders less than truckload placed before noon on weekdays ship within 24 hours, or next business day if Friday. Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or national holiday that are less than a truckload will ship on the second business day.

Ground shipping takes 4 to 5 days on average to deliver to most areas. Orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii will be charged the UPS or appropriate freight rate at cost. Shipping times are estimates only. While we are in the fight-climate-change business, Mother Nature is definitely in charge.

* Warranty: TRUEGRID Pavers warrants that its TRUEGRID brand products be furnished free of material and/or workmanship defects. This warranty does not cover defects attributable to causes or occurrences beyond TRUEGRID’s control and unrelated to the manufacturing process, including, but not limited to, abuse, misuse, mishandling, neglect, improper storage, improper installation, improper alteration or improper application. This warranty is extended for a period of ten years from the date of shipment by us. After a written claim is presented to us within the warranty period, defective materials may be returned for inspection by our company. If materials are deemed to have failed under our inspection and warranty, defective materials only will be replaced at no charge. This warranty excludes us from the liability of reinstallation costs, and any consequential damages.
