The TRUEGRID DECK™, the latest patent pending addition to the TRUEGRID PRO PLUS system, made its debut recently in a 64,000 sf employee parking lot for a medical products manufacturer. 1200 sf of DECK was installed for handicap parking spaces attached to the gravel filled PRO PLUS lot.
Industrial Strength
DECK has a permeable, gravel free surface and is connected to a PRO PLUS base. No gravel fill is needed as the system is H20/ HS20 rated (see the 60,000 lbs. gravel truck on top of the DECK in the photo below).
True Sustainability
100 % land utilization was achieved as the DECK & gravel filled PRO PLUS lot were permitted for 100% pervious cover and storm water detention. 29,866 CF of detention within the lot provides bonus flood mitigation to the surrounding offices.
