The church needed to update their old, asphalt parking lot. This time they wanted a natural look to match the Texas Hill Country landscape where they are located. They also wanted to capture surrounding runoff from commercial properties above.
After years of constant maintenance, dust and mud, Bortunco needed a solution to the high cost of maintaining the parking lot and equipment. As a DIY project, they leveled out their existing potholes and ruts one last time, laid the TRUEGRID and filled with clean limestone. They now have a maintenance-free, attractive, better draining, long term facility lot. This lot handles high-traffic, heavy loads and was a huge success!
AutoNation needed a 120,000 square-foot inventory lot. By using TRUEGRID, they saved nearly 21 percent of land that would have been designated for use as a detention pond. Working with their engineers and using TRUEGRID, AutoNation was able to maximize their land utilization and consider the project a success. 100% land utilization!
A traveling 60,000 square-foot night club that debuted in Houston, TX for Super Bowl LI in 2017 contacted TRUEGRID to help them meet City of Houston detention requirements. TRUEGRID l0t was built in 10 days. Club Nomadic's three-story metal i-beam construction was then finished in a month utilizing their new TRUEGRID parking lot for their heavy construction.
